Charity meeting space

Charity meeting space (change to arrangements leading up to COP26)

During COP26, in November 2021, we aim to offer meeting space for Quaker related groups and others.  Priority is given to Quaker groups until 2nd July 2021, and after this date bookings will be opened to other organisations. Quaker groups who may want to use the meeting house are asked to make their requests early, using this form.

Glasgow Meeting House is an established venue for many diverse groups. We are pleased to offer meeting space rental and room hire to charities and groups whose aims are in sympathy with traditional Quaker concerns:

  • Peace and Justice
  • Truth and Integrity
  • Equality
  • Simplicity and Sustainability

As a venue, Glasgow Meeting House offers welcoming, helpful staff; a friendly, relaxed atmosphere; a central location; attractive rooms with tea and coffee making facilities; level access at the back door, an accessible toilet and a lift to all floors.

We have three rooms to let in the daytime.  For evening bookings, please contact us at glasgowquakers [at] (  )Please note the Meeting House is closed on Fridays.

Online diary of room bookings anonymously lists all room bookings in the Meeting House. If you are planning a meeting you can see which room is free.  Bookings need to be made via the Wardens.
