This listed building is in the heart of Dundee and is a friendly venue for your meeting. The rail and bus stations, and the exciting new waterfront development (including the V&A Museum of Design and the Discovery Centre), are within a 5-10 minute walk. There is also a frequent bus service across the Tay Bridge to the town of St Andrews, the home of golf.
The arrangement of the rooms is suitable for meetings requiring break out groups from the main room. The ground floor meeting room and basement are wheelchair accessible. The rooms on the upper floors are all accessed via flights of stairs unsuitable for those of limited mobility. Toilets are available on all main floors. Flip charts and WiFi are available.

Rate applies to 09.00-13.00, 13.00-17.00 or 17.00-21.00. A minimum booking of two hours is available, please ask re charges. Booking periods should include time for set up and clear up.
Reduced rates
There is a substantial discount for regular bookings. Bookings on a set day each week attract a discount of over 50% when paid regularly every month. Bookings for more than one day each week will be further discounted.
There is a 20% reduction for charitable events for which the hire charge is not met by charging attendees.
Special rates are available for volunteer support groups.
